What happens if my order comes damaged?
We are happy to replace your item if it arrives broken. We do ask that you e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of receiving your package. In the e-mail include a photo of your broken item in it's original packaging and we will reach out to you within 2-3 days.
What happens if I get the wrong item in the mail?

Is all the tableware microwave and oven safe?
Yes, all functional items including all cups, plates, and tableware are food, microwave, dishwasher, and oven safe.
Can I pick-up my item if I live in the area?
Yes, if you live in the area and would prefer to pick-up your piece please use the promo code 'PICK-UP' and the shipping will be waved. We will follow-up with dates and times for you to pick up your piece.
